Custom sizing & drawing confirmation

Turn room measurements into a confirmed enclosure drawing.

Define the room dimensions, outside enclosure size and visible projection area separately before the quotation and production drawing are approved.

01

Room dimensions

Send the clear room width, ceiling height and total depth, plus doors, beams, lights or other obstructions.

02

Outer enclosure size

This is the complete frame footprint. It must leave swing clearance, rear screen buffer and side clearance.

03

Visible screen area

This is the usable projected image—not the full fabric size. Confirm it with the projector aspect ratio before production.

04

Fabric direction

For a seamless screen, one dimension should stay within 3 m. If both dimensions exceed 3 m, a joined solution must be reviewed.

Room-fit guide

Confirm the room before choosing the enclosure size.

Send the complete room dimensions—not only the preferred screen size. We will check the enclosure, rear buffer, hitting position and swing clearance together.

ItemRecommended Starting Point
Room width 9–14 ft / 2.7–4.3 m Depends on enclosure width and player position.
Ceiling height 9 ft / 2.74 m minimum 10 ft+ is more comfortable for many players.
Total room depth 15 ft / 4.6 m recommended 16–18 ft provides more flexibility.
Enclosure depth About 5 ft / 1.5 m Custom depth is available for project requirements.
Rear screen buffer 12 in / 30 cm Leave space for the screen to absorb the shot.
Hitting distance 8–10 ft / 2.4–3 m Also follow the launch monitor requirements.
Side clearance 6–12 in / 15–30 cm Recommended on each side of the structure.

Technical specification & screen performance

One specification section for the complete enclosure system.

The table provides the quotation basis. The material image and projection footage show how the impact screen is constructed and used.

Actual assembly & construction details

Watch the complete kit come together, then inspect the fixing details.

The long-form demonstration shows the supplied parts and two-person assembly sequence. The short clips below focus on the connections and fabric fastenings that are difficult to judge from a specification table.

  1. Check and sort the parts

Match the frame tubes, connectors, impact screen and fabric against the packing list.

  2. Connect the aluminum frame

Use the marked sections and push-pin joints to build the main structure.

  3. Fit the impact screen

Attach the screen evenly and keep the correct rear clearance for energy absorption.

  4. Add surround and side nets

Install the blackout fabric, side protection and final fasteners, then check all edges.

Construction proof

Three details that make repeat installation easier.

Each clip is deliberately short. Buyers can check the connection and fastening method without replaying the full assembly video.
