2. Warping & Knitting
We begin with the finest raw materials, carefully warped and knitted on over 50 state-of-the-art Karl Mayer warp knitting machines imported from Germany. This ensures every fabric roll meets the highest standards of consistency and durability.
3. Heat Setting, Rolling & Iaspection
After weaving, the fabric undergoes precise heat setting to stabilize its structure. Each roll is then carefully wound and thoroughly inspected to guarantee flawless quality before moving to the next stage.
4. Cutting, Sewing & Eyelet Installation
Our experienced team expertly cuts, sews, and installs eyelets into the fabric, transforming it into a professional-grade golf impact screen. Every detail is crafted to ensure perfect fit and performance.
5. Anti-Mildew Treatment
To enhance longevity and hygiene, every finished golf screen receives a specialized anti-mildew treatment. This step protects the product, making it suitable for long-term indoor and outdoor use.
