  1. Product Design
    & Drafting

    Every screen starts with a plan. Our team prepares dimensions, structural details and finishing specifications to match your simulator setup.

  2. Warping
    & Knitting

    Yarn is prepared and knitted on our 50+ German Karl Mayer machines, creating a consistent fabric structure for reliable screen performance.

  3. Heat Setting, Rolling
    & Inspection

    The knitted fabric is heat-set to stabilize its structure, then rolled and inspected for surface defects before moving on to cutting.

  4. Cutting, Sewing
    & Edge Finishing

    Screens are cut to size and sewn with reinforced edges. Eyelets or hook-and-loop fasteners are added to suit your chosen mounting method.

  5. Anti-Mildew
    Treatment

    Finished screens receive an anti-mildew treatment to help protect the fabric during storage and use, alongside proper drying and ventilation.

  6. Final Inspection
    & Packaging

    Each screen receives a final check before packing. We inspect the surface, seams and finishing, then carefully package it for shipment.
